Privacy Policy

Church Nursery Forms Kit uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. The free generator on the homepage runs entirely in your browser using plain JavaScript — what you type is never sent to a server, stored, or seen by anyone; it disappears when you close or refresh the tab.

Contact form. If you send a message, the name, email address and message you type are delivered to us by email through Resend so we can reply. They are not added to a mailing list and are not shared. Ask us and we will delete the thread.

Purchases. The Church Nursery Forms Kit is sold through Gumroad, which handles payment and receives your billing details directly under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps short-lived request logs for security and abuse prevention.
